Great stay, and incredibly friendly staff! They were amazing. What’s good to know is that there’s a bar below which is noisy, and there’s a tram and train which also is noisy in the rooms. So stay as high as possible.

Our apartment was extremely comfortable and spacious for 3 adults. It had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. It is in a great location, walking distance to public transport, shops and some of the main attractions. It was so quiet and reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend

Everything you need

I loved my apartment in Berlin. It was modern, well appointed and very comfortable. The reception staff were welcoming, happy and helpful. The location of the appartment right next to trams and S-Bahn was very convenient. The modern free-use laundry facilities were very welcome too. I ca highly recommend this place.

Highly recommended. Comfortable studio with great natural light. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent location for cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. S-Bahn directly across the road. 15 minutes walk to Haekischer Markt, Museuminsel, Prenzlauer Berg. We loved Berlin and this is where we'll stay again if we're lucky enough to come back.

Urban apartment

Impeccably designed apartments in a beautiful centrally located area. A welcome respite throughout the day and overnight with porches for outdoor relaxation. Adjacent to rail station so some noise and vibration from trains but that is the cost of convenience. Building and walls are made of cast concrete with sophisticated doors and window apparatus to filter out urban noise. Staff were gracious and always helpful. Great home away from home.

Almost Perfect 👌

This is a fantastic place to stay , perfect for train / tram / underground access , lovely neighbourhood and a 10/10 apartment . Very high quality and wouldn’t hesitate in booking again . The only very minor grumble is the trains rumble under the hotel , if you sleep lightly (like me) it did keep me awake but it did not spoil my stay in anyway

One of the nicest properties we've stayed at. Very helpful staff. Everything was clean, spotless and welcoming. Bed very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Opposite train station and tram for excellent transport links.

Excellent stay.

Loved this location and the staff at the front desk, who were so helpful with our questions and requests. The apartment was designed well, appointed with all the needs you might need for a longer stay, including a laundry facility in the basement. Our apartment was on the first floor, so it took some time to get used to the subway rumble. Otherwise, a great location.

Family vacation

This apartment was exactly what we needed! My family and I stayed here during our vacation in June. The apartment is spacious, clean and in a fantastic location. The people working at the front desk were helpful and very friendly. Many other reviews mentioned an issue with noise from the trains, but the noise is really not that bad, it didn’t bother us at all. Having laundry in the building was a huge bonus for us. I would definitely stay here again!

Nydelig, stort rom med alle fasiliteter. Stor balkong med utsikt til park. De ansatte var svært behjelpelige og hyggelige. Ligger sentralt med svært kort vei til S1. Kan absolutt anbefale å bo her med barn.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und hat eine perfekte Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Das einzige Manko ist, dass man im Sommer an heißen Tagen keine Klimaanlage hat und die Fenster öffnen muss. Da die Umgebung bis ca. 2:00 Uhr nachts sehr laut ist (private Treffen im Garten hinter und neben dem Haus) und die Tram die ganze Nacht hindurch vor dem Haus vorbei fährt, ist der Schlaf dann erheblich gestört.

Muy bien! Tiene todo en excelente estado, muy nuevo y moderno, el estilo está genial! Solamente sería bueno tuvieran opción de limpieza diaria, no importa la cobrarán extra, de comunicación está excelente, tiene estación de metro y autobuses justo enfrente, muy cerca del memorial del muro de Berlín

Zentrale, tolle Unterkunft.

Die Unterkunft liegt 3 Tram Haltestellen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt direkt am Nordbahnhof und somit sehr zentral sowie verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen. Das Apartment war sehr gross, modern eingerichtet und hat alles Wichtige zu bieten. Da wir nach 18 Uhr eintrafen, mussten wir den Check-In über einen Automaten machen, was problemlos lief. Die Rezeption war bei Fragen aber jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Der einzige negative Punkt: durch die Nähe zum Nordbahnhof hat man die Einfahrt der S-Bahnen in der Wohnung gespürt. Leider auch Nachts um 4:30 Uhr

Super lejlighed

Lejligheden var rummelig og fin. Rengøringen perfekt og udstyr i køkken tilstrækkelig til en weekend. Virkelig søde receptionister. Dejlig stor terrasse. Vi kunne godt have brugt en parasol eller en markise da det var en meget solrig og varm weekend i Berlin. Ellers kan jeg varmt anbefale lejligheden
