Overall, very nice hotel to stay with family. Problem with all these hotels is that they don't try to cater food preference of people in various ethnicities. Also there very limited options for hot breakfast

The stay was perfect. The location is excellent, close to the metro. Hotel is clean and very comfortable. The only minor problem during my stay was the lack of air conditioning.

I had one night extra in Berlin after the football Euro Finals and needed to find a short stay inexpensive room for the night. The hotel is a small walk from the metro and had all the basic facilities I needed for the remit. The bathroom was extremely clean, the bed very comfortable and the room was basic but exactly what was required for an overnight without fuss. I’d happily use the hotel again.

Beds are super small, and a little uncomfortable. They are super small twin beds. The rugs in the room ate super dusty which made it uncomfortable to walk barefoot and even with socks. The bathroom was clean and it was big so I guess that made up for the rest.

The room had the fridge removed (to save costs) and there was no ice machine anywhere in the hotel. I paid over $170 for one night and have stayed at places for $30-$40 or less per night that were better.

Decent accommodation close to the ICC. Room 612 was good sized, but curtains and carpets could need a replacement due to stains and rips. Breakfast is good and well-priced for what you get (EUR 13 pp). I only have one thing to mention which is that strange 3 pm check-in policy. I am sure that not all rooms are being cleaned at the same time and I got told that it’s the policy that check-in can’t be earlier. So I had to wait for over 5 hours to get into the room eventually after a 30 hour flight…

Door was closed and the staff member was hiding in the back not in view of the door (I get it, working late is boring) so maybe there needs to be a bell or something. My bus was arriving at 1 am and this hotel was walking distance from central bus station. The reception was 24 hrs and I was able to check in fine, but that’s where all the perk end. Room was ok, clean but everything was very limited, no basic toiletries except general soap. No mini fridge even though there was a empty cabinet supposedly for it. Luckily window opened up so I was able to get fresh air. It a good room for a a transfer point but not worth the price $200/ night I paid for it..
