The property was not walkable to the train, shopping, or restaurants. Anything you wanted to do you needed to take a taxi. The property was very clean, staff was friendly. The property was either new or newly renovated. All the rooms had wood floors which was great in terms of hygiene. The downside, you could hear the footsteps of the people above you. With each step you could hear the pounding into the floors which made it next to impossible to sleep. For this reason I would not recommend staying here.

A thoroughly successful stay! The location of the hotel is simply perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are modernly furnished and very cozy. The staff was helpful and friendly at all times. I was particularly impressed by the extensive breakfast buffet.

Lovely modern hotel in a great location

Really enjoyed this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the amenities such as the rooftop patio space and the lobby bar. They’re well-located in Berlin, so I was able to easily walk to plenty of restaurants, or to the nearby train station to get anywhere I needed. A great place to stay in Berlin!

Modern, clean & conveniently located for access to the metro which was helpful for us attending the final of the Euros. Strange shower set up although the shower was fine & didn't flood the bathroom unlike another hotel we stayed in.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Berlin. The property is new and very well maintained.The manager and staff are amazing. Great location. Rooms are clean, beds very comfy. It would have been helpfull to know at the time of reservation that the hotel is inside the Umwelt Zone. This means either you suck it up and take EUR 80 fine if the police stop you or you park outside the S-bahn circle and hope your car is not vandalized when you leave.

GINN Berlin is a win!

Great location. Great hotel. It looks and feels new and modern. Great facilities and superb staff! The soundproofing of the rooms to the street outside was seriously high tech, too. My only disappointment was to realise kettles aren’t provided in the rooms and although the wet room had a great shower, I would have liked to have had a bathtub, also. Breakfast dining was excellent!

Nice hotel, sub pair cleaning

For some reason we ended in a room for wheelchair users, which means the door handles are very low, the bathroom has no curtains around the showering area etc, but it was a miner curiosity. cleaning was sub pair, there where a bottle cap on the floor and visible dust in the corners. At the balcony there where broken bottles and the butt from a joint..

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte. Nachts wurden wir jedoch durch einen Fehlalarm aus dem Schlaf gerissen, mussten in der Kälte warten und waren erschrocken. Eine kleine Entschädigung wäre hier angebracht gewesen, doch außer einer Entschuldigung gab es nichts.

Check-in war sehr angenehm und entspannt. Zimmer schön groß. Eine Teebar ganztags zur freien Verfügung sogar mit veganer Milch-Option. Einen Wasserkocher bekam ich mit aufs Zimmer. Äpfel ebenfalls gratis an der Rezeption. Frühstück: Sekt, wechselndes warmes Buffet, vegane und glutenfreie Optionen - netter Service Vielen Dank - ich war rundum zufrieden.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Besonders toll fanden wir die Möglichkeit, jederzeit Tee, Kaffee und Wasser zu bekommen. Auch das Frühstück ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig war jedoch die gläserne Dusche im Zimmer, da wir als Freunde unterwegs waren. Privatsphäre gibt es da nicht viel. Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn dies in der Beschreibung gestanden hätte.
