Really friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, but dinner options lacked vegetables or salads with the main courses. Our room was too hot even with air con but maybe that was because the weather was unseasonably hot for April. Apart from those issues, everything else was great.

Excellent position a few minutes from Alexanderplatz and across from the underground but lovely, quiet and very comfortable. Definitely recommended - as is Berlin. We had four nights at the hotel and will use again later in the year. Flew from Bristol.

Great staff. Breakfast was a bit of a bun fight to get a table but manageable. Place ewas clean, beds comfy, lovely place to stay will def return!

U bahn practically outside the door but a walk to Alexanderplatz was 10 mins at the most through the Rathaus Passage which we only discovered after 3 days! Hotel clean friendly and provided a great breakfast. We couldn't have wished for a better base on our first ever visit to this amazing city

Great hotel in an excellent location very close to a U-Bahn station. Staff were really helpful, room was very modern and clean. Area was pretty quiet and the breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend. Good value for money.

Perfect hotel for exploring Berlin
No faults with this hotel. Great location - walking distance to Alexanderplatz and close to a few different U and S train lines. Same continental breakfast each day, but it was totally fine for what we wanted
