It was an amazing time and service. We forgot a brand new tablet with keyboard, pen, and cover in the room when we checked out and when I called I was advised they would hold it for us until we returned to Berlin. Thank you all for a wonderful time.

This is a wonderful property with nice personal touches, whether it’s a welcome note with some chocolates, staff who acknowledges you by name when you come to breakfast, a terrific breakfast bar, great drinks and snacks in the bar, but also super comfortable rooms with all the amenities. In addition, the hotel is very quiet but only minutes away from 2 S-Bahn stops. This will become our go-to hotel in Berlin!

Certainly corona makes it harder to operate for hotels. However, I arrived in Berlin from Switzerland where I too stayed at a hotel, and got the same level of service as I always do at that property. Whilst here everything went wrong from the moment of my arrival. Reception staff was slow and checking took a good 30 minutes. The rooms are fine - however, in my two nights there they did not clean the room or change towels once. During breakfast I waited 45 minutes for a tiny portion of scrambled eggs with some prawns - which arrived separately after I had already finished the eggs. So overall, it’s great to pretend that you are a leading property in the Berlin hotel market. However, I was hugely disappointed and for it was definitely the first and last time at this hotel.

Stylish Hotel In Good Location
Great hotel.Second time we have stayed and it didn't disappoint again. The staff are knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The food for breakfast is very good and if you like experimental food the restaurant in the evening with the wine pairing is very good. Hotel room (we had a superior room) was great, particularly liking the space and large and comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is a little way out of central Berlin, however, it is very convenient for a major public transport hub at the Zoo (Underground, overground trains and Buses) and with a timely and efficient public transport system is easy and quick to get into the city Had a great time and already want to go back!

Loved my stay. I stayed for business but had some time to sightsee also. The hotel was well located near the subway to get anywhere you needed. It was beautifully kept, the staff was lovely, everything was clean and quiet. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

Stylish boutique hotel in quiet and convenient location of Berlin. Friendly and kind staff with good service. We enjoyed sauna after being out in cold winter weather. Breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend.

A homely residential feel in the heart of Berlin
Lovely and spacious room but breakfast overpriced. Otherwise location first class, hardware top notch except for one lift door which needs attention, service is efficient but shortage of labour is obvious. Location can’t be more central yet away from the noise and hassle of the main hub. We would not hesitate to return.
