Bad service, low quality.

I feel cheated. They didn’t said in advanced that the room doesn’t have restrooms and showers inside the room, and in fact it’s a SHARED SHOWER! and SHARED RESTROOMS. I’ve asked to see the room before the check in and the guy at the reception refused to show me until the check in. After the check in he told me about the shared shower and didn’t accept my request to cancel the booking. be safe and stay away from this place.

Not worth a 5th of what we paid

Here’s the deal. For a deep deep discount hotel it’s probably fine. It’s like a bad, dated hostel. But we paid 240 euros for a night. And we had to share a crappy bathroom way down the hall. I get the law of supply and demand. But if you’re gonna charge roughly 300 dollars/240 euros a night don’t expect to get a good review if your hotel is worth maybe 1/5 of that.

Главная ценность отеля - персонал. Можно ставить "5" с любым количеством плюсов. Всё остальное можно описать как: "Чисто, удобно." Рядом метро, автобус. Душ работает. Фен дают. Постельное белье отличного качества. Снижу оценку за фото на сайте. Одно из фото номера "не совсем" соответствует действительности. Это фото и опубликую в отзыве. Реально всё в три раза меньше. Какие там белые кресла... табурет не влезет. Цена номера 60 Евро за ночь, но справедливее было бы в районе 40. А вообще, нормально.

Stary zaniedbany hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji

Hotel to parter w kamienicy w centrum Berlina. Recepcja czynna tylko do godziny 22 jest sporym problemem. Meble bardzo już wiekowe, niekompletne- przy 4 łóżkach- 2 szafki nocne- jedno biurko, na którym stał telewizor i jedno- bardzo stare krzesło. Brak czajnika. Prysznic z materiałową zasłoną w efekcie -każda kąpiel to zalana kompletnie łazienka. Ręczniki różowo- szare - nie zdecydowałam się skorzystać. Brak miejsc parkingowych przed hotelem.

Il servizio dell'hotel pessimo non c'era una portineria la sera non mi hanno restituito i soldi della caparra perché quando siamo partiti non c'era nessuno alla reception ho dovuto ripagare l'hotel perché quando siamo arrivati in poche parole anche se mi verranno restituiti sia la caparra che il viaggio che ho pagato quando sono arrivato in hotel comunque io ho anticipato il doppio del viaggio ma è successo una cosa del genere e il servizio dell'hotel pessimo perché in reception e chiudevala sera

nous sommes arrivés le soir, il faisait nuit et la porte de l hôtel ne donne pas sur la rue, nous nous sommes légèrement affolés en se demandant si l hôtel était tjrs ouvert, bon en fait comme d hab à Berlin il faut chercher la sonnette qui n est pas vraiment éclairée mais qui ouvert sans soucis les lieux.... s'en est suivi un accueil sympathique dans un cadre cool vieux parquet grandes banquettes. nous y reviendrons, malgré le fait qu on ne puisse pas déjeuner sur place, l hôtel ne fait pas resto. Le gros gros point fort est un arrêt de métro très proche.

These people are not nice to deal with. Put in the wrong date by mistake when making the reservation. Called them 5 minutes later to correct and they would not work with me at all. You might be tempted to book it because the price might look good but if they can find any way to take advantage of you they will. I'm sure they booked someone else into the room we paid for and laughed about it.

The photos published is not like reality, what they offer is not true, as far as I can see, the hotel is only a floor of a building, find it and the entrance is not simple, in the publicity comment that the bathroom It is partially discovered in the room when it comes to a shared bathroom. In our case they asked for passports from the minors which gave us distrust from the beginning, later they do not have programming on the television our room was in front of the reception which was very annoying since you can hear all the noise of the entrance hall, the very thin curtains say pass all the light from outside and the corridor to the dark bathroom. After checkin I qualified from my cell phone application the first impression and afterwards we went out to look for something to eat, the person in charge of the reception faced us and asked us for an explanation of why we had negatively qualified the hotel, and his justification is that the room was very cheap, which for nothing justifies the bad conditions and lies that they publish Neither is it prepared for people with disabilities as it says on his webpage, a bad night and we left the hotel, we had to miss the other days of reservation and we changed to another hotel, not recommended to travel with the family.

Opción económica a tener en cuenta.

El hotel está ubicado cerca de dos estaciones de subte que conectan con otras líneas importantes, hay restaurantes cerca, buenos y a buen precio. La habitación es espaciosa, cuenta con TV y, en mi caso, el baño era privado y de un buen tamaño con una excelente presión en la ducha. El personal de recepción es muy amable. El desayuno lo pagué aparte, pero a buen precio y es correcto, solo agregaría alguna mermelada. Recomendaría este hotel a otros viajeros.

Katastrophe - nie wieder

Winzige, schmutzige Zimmer in einer ehemaligen Altbauwohnung. Zimmer sind durch Trockenbauwände getrennt, die nicht mit der Decke abschließen. Geräusche und Gerüche der Zimmernachbarn bis Mitten in die Nacht sind garantiert. Toiletten sind mit Häcksler und Pumpe ausgestattet, sodass die komplette Etage wach ist, sobald ein Gast auf seine Toilette geht. Eine reine Zumutung und absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

The 4 guest rooms are very old and have weird smell to them. And the rooms presented on the web look more modern than the actual rooms. The rooms are close to the city center (1,3km) and the parking is on the street, but it is easy to find.

Ganz nett.

Das Hotel an sich war relativ leicht zu finden, beim Parkplatz war dies jedoch nicht unbedingt so, da das Gebäude mitten in einem Wohngebiet liegt, weshalb man sich diese mit Einwohnern teilen muss. Immerhin waren die Plätze gebührenfrei. Der Empfang an der Rezeption lief problemlos ab, ansonsten gab es wenig Kontakt mit dem Personal, was weder positiv noch negativ war. Da sich das Hotel wahrscheinlichin einem (ehemaligen) Wohngebäude befindet, war unser Zimmer in einem umgestalteten Raum einer früheren Wohnung. In dem Flur dieser Wohnung hat man beim Eintreten immer einen teilweise strengen Essensgeruch wahrgenommen. Die Bettmatratazen waren ungemütlich aber noch akzeptabel. Die restliche Zimmerausstattung war eher mangelhaft, da z.B. die Schubladen größtenteils unbenutzbar waren. Generell waren die Möbel eher billig produziert und dienten eher als Dekoration. Das Bad war gebrauchbar, jedoch war der Duschschlauch beschädigt und der Duschvorhang sah fleckig aus. Leider gab es kein inklusives Frühstück, aber Bäcker in der Nähe waren vorhanden. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass das Hotel mangelhaft bis ausreichend ist, wenn man keinen hohen Standard erwartet. Zum Übernachten genügt es.
