This hotel has an excellent location, near most of the transportation and easy to walk around. The room service cleaned everyday while my family and i were out.

The hotel is very conveniently located for the central bus station (almost on it's premises) but a bit far out from Berlin. Breakfast was really good, the breakfast room is on the top floor with lovely panoramic views of the city.

Great stay. We were very surprised about breakfast upgrade! Beautiful view around Berlin from 8th floor! Breakfast selection is amazing! Very upscale! Front desk representative ULIA was absolutely amazing! Very helpful! Very pleased with service and again breakfast atmosphere was great!

Great hotel at a resonable price. Used for a weekend trip (two adults and two kids in one room). It is not in the city center, but it has great links to get there (about 30-40 minutes by bus or train/metro). Only issue was a misinformation about breakfast time given at reception, which we almost lost on the first day. We would stay again if returning to Berlin.

There was an odor across the floor that probably eminated from the bathrooms inside the rooms. Somehow sewer like fumes continued to seep from the bathroom. We kept the window open during our stay, closed the bathroom door and ran the fan. During the second day it got a little better, but you could still detect the odor, subdued but not defeated. The breakfast area was nice, and breakfast was pretty good. The room and bathroom were bare and if you spent too much time inside it would get depressing. Location was good and mattresses were very soft and great for sleeping.

Das Personal war super freundlich. Das war es aber schon an Positivem. Das Haus und der Bereich darum war heruntergekommen und hat nach Urin gerochen. Die Zimmer waren in abgeranztem 80er Jahre Design und es war unsauber. Z. B. war das Glas mit Speichel-und Zahnpastaresten des Vorgängers beschmutzt. Es war hellhörig und das Doppelbett war gar nicht richtig zusammen schiebbar und es war eher ein Sofa als eine Matratze. Nie wieder!
