It's a nice basic hotel. We came for a trip to Berlin for a couple of days. There's not much by way of amenities in the hotel, but it's good as a base to explore the city. It's a little further away from the centre, but the station is very close so for the cost saving it's not a big deal. It was nice and clean and the staff were pleasant. We could hear a bit of noise from the bus station and road at night when we opened our window, but that was expected due to the location. Thanks!

Pros: - the staff is wonderful, happy to help with any requests and very nice. Thank you! - location: close to the fair centre, city centre, tube, restaurant... - easy and free parking on the street - the room has everything you need for a short stay - WiFi works well Cons: - the room was not super clean (not horrible, but not perfect) - soap dispenser empty both in the shower and next to the sink - terrible sound insulation: you hear people in rooms above, below, both sides... I had a "quiet" room on the 4th floor, overlooking the back of the hotel, but my crazy neighbours shouted till 2 am,wouldn't open the door for me or the staff I didn't have breakfast and cannot comment on that.

Great location of this hotel. Just next door to the bus terminal and super close to Ubahn and Sbahn. Food places close by and grocery store not too far away. Clean and spacious room.

We fled to this Ibis late in the evening after our 4-star hotel lied about AC. I will always love the Ibis for saving us! AC in the rooms was blissful during a heatwave. Don't be put off by location near central bus station. This hotel is exactly as advertised and that was very welcome.

There was an odor across the floor that probably eminated from the bathrooms inside the rooms. Somehow sewer like fumes continued to seep from the bathroom. We kept the window open during our stay, closed the bathroom door and ran the fan. During the second day it got a little better, but you could still detect the odor, subdued but not defeated. The breakfast area was nice, and breakfast was pretty good. The room and bathroom were bare and if you spent too much time inside it would get depressing. Location was good and mattresses were very soft and great for sleeping.
