The room was clean and comfortable. Two things that were upsetting: 1) the food and 2) one of the maids. The food was very expensive, but the worst was room service. I ordered a burger medium-well, and it arrived rare. Yes, cold and red inside. They replaced the burger, but it never should have happened. Then one of the maids started cleaning rooms before 7:30, and she was letting the doors slam. I stuck my head outside, but she continued. The people in the adjacent rooms may have checked out, but I was trying to sleep.
