The room was incredibly clean. Tons of light switches and lighting options. Layout was nice. Heated bathroom flooring. Amazing. Something extraordinary that I’ve never seen before was unscented beddings and sheets. It was very nice! I’d love to come back

One lift was out of service, but other than that our stay was great. Within a 5 minute walk from the train station with links to everywhere. A 5 minute walk from the Uber arena with lots of restaurants, a shopping centre and supermarket. Also 10 minutes to the Berlin Wall Museum which is an interesting visit. Would definitely recommend, lovely river view

The hotel was in a great location. On the river in the East Side Gallery. The Berlin Wall right outside. Took a sunset cruise on the solar boat. Only a 15 minute walk. Very close to restaurants and shopping.

Hotel style and look fantastic. Reception staff out of 4 spoken to, 3 very unaware of the basics of what the room has and basic service standards. On looks a great place to stay, otherwise service not amazing. Also bathroom bin overflowing with rubbish when first checked into room.

Loved being in the heart of the East Side Gallery, the ease of walking to places & closeness to public transportation. The hotel has everything you need & a 24/7 vending machine extraordinaire behind it for any extras.The rooms were like a home away from home with full kitchen. Staff were incredibly friendly & kind. Modern, clean, quiet rooms with excellent amenities. Enjoyed the kitchen in the City Suite, with utensils, plates, & cookware. Great dining at onsite restaurant or around the corner.
