Sehr nette Begrüßung durch die Rezeption, sehr schönes Zimmer und sehr gutes Frühstück. Nicht so gut war, dass um 23.40 Uhr bei meiner Ankunft kein Shuttle mehr fuhr und ich ein Taxi nehmen mußte. Bei einem Flughafenhotel stelle ich mir vor, dass der Shuttleservice so lange läuft, wie Flugzeuge landen.

Great stay

Great stay overall. Only problem we have was the smart door key system was down and the reception have to open for us. The breakfast was good in particular their scramble eggs. The airport shuttle service was really convenient for passengers like us who have a flight to catch

Very quiet, for being close to the airport. Standard room but clean and convenient parking. Check in was very slow though and as I had rung in advance to warn of my late arrival time this was a little disappointing.

si tienes que buscar un hotel cerca del aeropuerto

es un Hotel con buen servicio pero es el típico hotel para quedarte una noche para tomar tu avión al otro día. Tiene una camioneta que cada 15 minutos te lleva al aeropuerto, su chofer es muy poco respetuoso, e incluso un poco rudo y grosero.

Great place to stay!

Fast check-in. First shuttle run to the airport Tegel (3 minutes) with hotel shuttle at 4:45 am. Staff very service oriented and helpful. Free coffee and tea for early am departing guesting. Room was clean and had everything I needed for my late arrival/ early am departure. Wake-up call (just in case I overslept my cell phone alarm was on time. Every aspect of this stay was positive. Hotel also picks up guests who arrive at airport. The free tourist information booth at the airport has employees who will call the hotel and call for the shuttle for you ( my handy / cell did not work). Shuttle was there in no time to pick me up. It was VERY convenient for a tired traveler! I recommend this hotel if you need to stay close to Tegel airport. TXL public bus shuttle runs every couple of minutes to train station and into city.

Checked in late at night and people nocking on the door twice before 930am twice had little sleep bad luck they new we arrived late so no one here has any clue what a guest would like to sleep send the cleaning staff well that’s Germany welcomes you. Budapest at least they care

Rápido en el registro, excelente servicio en el shuttle el primer día, pero al siguiente con otro conductor fue de miedo. Habitaciones pequeñas y en algunos aspectos de “comodidad”, lejos de otros hoteles de igual categoría.
