Good but needs improvement

Need to get a better toilet seat and pillows need replacing and lastly the floor needs to be cleaned better either then that it was a very good stay.

Ich war 11 Tage Gast im Ootel und im gesamten Zeitraum wurde weder mein Mülleimer geleert noch wurde einmal mein Zimmer gefegt bzw. Staub gesaugt. Es standen zwei Liegen drin, deren Stoff schon teilweise in Fetzen herunterhing. Und auf diese Liegen wurde jeweils eine dicke Schaumstoffauflage gelegt. Es gab wohl auch Frühstück, worauf man mich nicht hingewiesen hat oder mir wenigstens die Frühstückszeit genannt hätte. Heute bei meiner Abreise sah ich das Buffet, welches im Foyer vor der Rezeption aufgebaut war. Hygienisch für mich inakzeptabel, weil dort neue Gäste empfangen und Abreisende auschecken. Ich werde dort niemals wieder Gast sein. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut nicht.

Ist nichts für mich einrichtung ist oke Bad war nicht wirklich sauber und abends kamen Kakerlaken unter Bett deswegen könnte ich nicht schlafen und bin früh vom Hotel raus und habe lieber draußen gewartet bis mein Zug kam.

An upgraded GDR time hotel; an clean and pleasant place to be, with big windows and good transportation options. The sole electricity connection in a room and really old and worn bathroom equipment can pose a bit of problem.

Spartanisch, 2 Handtücher für 2 Personen für 2 Tage sind zu wenig! Kein Duschtuch! Behelfsmäßige Reparaturen im Bad und auf dem Boden! Sehr hellhörig! Für Alleinreisende Frauen etwas unheimlich!

Von außen sieht es aus, als würde das Gebäude gleich zusammenfallen. Schlimmste graue Platte, die ich je gesehen habe. Etwas unheimlich und gruselig. Allein würde ich da nicht bleiben wollen. Ansonsten war das Zimmer in Ordnung und das Personal war freundlich.

Ikke et sted man skal tage sine børn med. Ligger i et kedeligt slumkvarter og de personer der befinder sig omkring hotellet er ikke særligt behagelige. Personalet kunne ikke tale engels så bruge translate fra Tyrkisk Fuldstændig nedslidt. Vælg hellere Ibis Budget på den modsatte side af vejen.

Ein absulutes Horrorhaus! Schon der Eingang sieht beänstigend aus. Beim Fahrstuhl hat man Angst mit zufahren. Das Zimmer, wie im Knast ein Tisch ein kaputter Schrank und eine Steckdose. Leider kann man keine Minussterne vergeben. Das Zimmer wie im Knast ein Tisch

It's like being in a freezer.

The service that refuses to take responsibility for everything. The heating system is not good. The room cannot be changed because it is the whole hotel. But the hotel said that they had informed us before booking, but there was no message informing us before booking and we could not cancel. They also said that we did not read it clearly. This kind of service has never been encountered since booking a hotel in the past 10 years.

AVOID. You could hear everything happening 5 units down and in between. The non smoking room smelled so heavily of smoke I struggled to sleep. There were multiple arguments happening which concerned me. No heat. Just a white room. When someone in the next room arrived it sounded like they were in our room. The walls are so thin.

Sehr schmutzige zimmer, im ersten Zimmer bettwäsche war mit Kot beschmiert, wände im Bad vollgepisst. Da sie uns Geld nicht zurückgeben wollten haben die uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Das Zimmer ging nachdem wir alles desinfiziert und geputz haben. Es ist nicht zu empfehlen. Nie wieder. Ach und die Bilder die im Internet gezeigt sind : wir haben kein Zimmer gesehen das ansatzweise so aussah. Horrorunterkunft
