Stay Away!

Es war extrem dreckig und abgeranzt überall. Duschen und Bad war eckelhaft und oft nass. Es war selten Klopapier da. Das Hotel hat falsch Angaben gemacht. Auf der Seite stand es sind Parkplätze vorhanden und ein TV sei im Zimmer. Weder Parkplätze waren vorhanden noch der TV. Musste bei Freunden im Hotel duschen und auf Toilette ging weil es da unzumutbar war :D Das Zimmer war aber okay und die Betten waren auch gemütlich.

Called by phone and rang doorbell to check in but no one answered and was waiting in front of building to enter with my suitcase for about an hour. I sent my check in time window via Expedia several days in advance. The entire facility smells like smoke -- sheets and towels smelled like smoke. I saw cigarettes in the building's elevator and cigarette ashes in bathroom. The managers of the property seem to live on site and they leave the door to their room open (it is adjacent to the check in desk), and music and talking could be heard coming from there throughout my stay. There were 2 showers in the facility, 1 of them was under repair for my entire stay so 1 shower was shared by all guests. The sinks in the two bathrooms have hot water for only about 10 seconds after turning them on. The shower had only ice cold water throughout my stay. The window curtain in my room was a strip of cloth that covered only about half the window. There were no towels in room on arrival, I had to ask the staff for these. My room had 3 pillows in it when I arrived and about halfway through my stay I returned to my room after spending the day in the city to find only 2 pillows, so I guess the staff must have taken one from my room while I was out. The building where the hotel is located also has residents in it and i was asked for money by a resident in the stairs of the building when leaving the hotel one day. The stairs / carpet leading up to the hotel are in need of repair.

My experience was terrible. First, when checking in, I arrived 19.30 (check-in open until 20.00) there was nobody to receive me! I was waiting there, calling then and no one picked up the phone or open the door. After a long time someone appear, by that time I was already looking for a new place. The place is in very bad shape, bathrooms hadn't had a deep clean for ages. The kitchen is also a mess, I didn't dare to cook anything there. The room is small it has a little dirty fridge, windows are broken... last thing: Saturday night, 1.00 AM, someone knocking at my door. After a long day of walking and with an early flight the next morning the last thing you need is some strange doing that. It was a man of their staff (it was the first time I saw him), asking me details like when I had arrived, when I was leaving, how much I paid, to whom, etc. Apparently, the guy who received me didn't register it. Not happy with that, he came again an hour later to take a pic of my ID. this place really sucks, you can sleep under a bridge and get a better experience. ¡¡¡STAY AWAY!!!

Extremely dirty rooms,dirty and filthy smelling beddings,the kitchen also very very dirty,the wash rooms were all disgusting.There was no room service during my entire stay in that place.The trash was carelessy never taken away,the corridors were smelling.The corridor rugs were full of stains and extremely messy. The washrooms all disgusting ,never cleaned,it was disgusting to take a shower or even visit the WC .Literally the guests were smoking allover the place including in those tiny washrooms without ventilations.As a non smoker i felt so pissed off and would definately not recommend non smokers to this place.The kitchen cabinets,the oven,the microwave,the closets and cabinets in the room were filled with dust,old stains,trash,i actually did spot a used old condom packet in a drawer. Did i mention the curtains in the room ooh goodness stained ,dusty,filthy name it all....Actually the magement of this hostel cares less about hygiene and cleanliness of the entire hostile.

The only remarkable thing was the good attention of the staff (who apparently was one person to do EVERYTHING), the facilities are almost abandoned, and the poor hygiene.

Unfortunately, the rest rooms and showers are in a desolate condition. The kitchen is kinda messy. People/ guests don’t clean really up after themselves, therefore, cooking is not really an option. The rooms need a serious renovation and a deep cleaning (especially the carpets). The staff is amazing though. Very helpful and they do what they can, however, I wouldn’t recommend this one especially to women.

Spottet jeglicher Beschreibung!

Ein Zimmer mit Doppebett war gebucht - erhalten haben wir eine Abstellkammer mit Etagenbett. Im Zimmer stand noch ein altes kaputtes Fahrrad. 2 Tage lang gab es kein Toilettenpapier. Auf der Treppe gebrauchte Kondome! WC und Dusche konnten nur mit Schuhen betreten werden - Meister Proper hätte Tage zu tun...

Need a lot of work on basic health conditions

checkin was organised well and easy since I arrived after checkin time. The hostel is NOT clean, no paper or soap in toilet. There was hairs over my bed sheet and pillow, like it would have been used and not cleaned. For a stay during covid time, this hostel needs to work a lot on basic health condition.

Our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children aged 11 & 7) stayed for 7 nights in a family room. Reception is open until 6pm, we had a flight arriving at 5.30pm and they advised they would stay open until 10pm for us. Nice large bed and set of bunks, wardrobe and small desk and chair in our room. Small wall mounted TV which we didn’t need to use. Bed linen was good, but they need better pillows and towels. Kitchen had hardly any crockery or cooking utensils and needs a bigger refrigerator. Such a tiny one and was jammed full, you had to play tetris to get anything in. Couldn’t imagine it when the hostel is fully booked. We were on the first floor and there were two shared bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and sink. €3 for a load of washing but no dryer. Wi-Fi was good. Good location to explore Berlin from, two big supermarkets, lots of eateries and a U Bahn station all very close. Over the weekend we didn’t get too much noise from the nightclubs below and our room was directly above them. Quite friendly staff but we couldn’t even get all of our bags out of our room when leaving before someone was in stripping the beds.

Not glamorous, but I’d stay again.

Very friendly check in. Good enough room. Bathrooms were tired but clean. I was hustled out of my room by a surly housekeeper at 10:50 am. I was clearly in the midst of packing to go. That being said, I can imagine she encounters a fair bit of riff-raff, and has learned to not cut any slack or take crap.

ホステルがベッドを指定しないので、新しく来た宿泊者にベッドを取られたことがあった。また、係員が空いたベッドを清掃、メイキングをするのが遅いときがある。とにかく他人の使ったベッドを取る神経がわからない。おかしな宿泊者が多いのかもしれない。
