With regards to the corridor, we did went up to check immediatey that morning after reading your email. In fact, the corridor is cleaned on the weekdays. So, maybe you can elaborate on the condition that was unpleasant to you. With regards to the mattress, we are in the process in selecting a new batch. As for the coffee machine in the lobby, it goes automatically on sleep-mode after it is not active for several hours. Then it will be cleaned and ready for service. We are sorry that you were not able to get your morning coffee. The reception is on duty on weekdays, we appreciate assisting all guests. Nevertheless, with we hope to welcome you back again someday!
