Was ok, nothing special - there is a 20euro dog fee which isn’t explicitly stated when checking out (make sure to check the fees at the bottom of the hotel page). Rooms are a bit dated and not the cleanest.

This hotel is on the list of hotels near the airport, yet there are no shuttles, and public transportation to the airport takes between an hour to an hour and a half. A taxi will get you in 20 min but it costs around 60 euros. It is outside of Berlin quit a bit. Nothing around it but other hotels. Not convenient, unless you just came for a hotel stay and you have a vehicle.

Large modern hotel with great facilities.
Large modern hotel with good facilities. Restaurant was very good too. Very convenient location, near BER airport on south side. Room was a little hot and too noisy with window open and no coffee facilities in room were the only minor negatives. Certainly would recommend and stay again. I didn't use the spa or gym or pool due to lack of time but they looked well equipped.

Welcoming Smiles After a Troublesome Day
The staff here was incredible! The short story of our stay: My wife & I were had not planned to be in Berlin. But we found ourselves there, lost and alone, late on a Friday night. We did our best to navigate, but it seemed hopeless until we encountered a hotel receptionist in our bus. She helped us get to the hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and their smiles were exactly what we needed after a hard day. They helped us get a taxi ride to the train station early the next morning. Our only regret in finding this gem is that we had no time to enjoy the beautiful facility! If we find ourselves in Berlin again (on purpose this time!), we will stay here again!

Hotel is under construction. We arrived after two long flights from Canada and tried to rest for a few hours. We are then jolted with loud drilling and hammering noises right above our room. Called front desk and they tried to give us a room farther from the construction but by that time we had already unpacked and our son was sleeping. We were stuck and decided to remain in the room but were not able to rest. Why would you book a room right underneath a construction zone? You clearly were aware and should have offered us the better room in the first place. You ruined the stay for us. Plus you charged extra for a roll away for our son when the booking was clearly made for 3 people. Scam.

Good hotel but problematic to reach and leave via cab. There’s no direct exit from the Autobahn to the hotel and the hotel wasn’t able to get a hold of a cab or provide a driver service to the nearby public transportation of the S-Bahn when I left.

Very nice hotel by the A10 highway :)
The stay was very short but nice, for a good price. It's a hotel far from everywhere, just by the A10 highway (the ring around Berlin) - which makes it a great location for a short stay on the way between East and West :).

Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel, not located downtown but it was still nice and not too far from the airport. Great breakfast buffet and a balcony from your room. They had a huge bathtub which I loved! Very friendly.

Nice pool, shame about dinner.
Lovely hotel with amazing interior space. Room was spacious and clean, if a little dated. Breakfast excellent. Only problem was dinner. Service ranged from naive to disinterested. Food was poor and overpriced. This is a problem as there is nothing nearby so no choice but to eat in the hotel. This being said, the swimming pool was excellent.

My nine year old son and I stayed two nights at this hotel, it is a little ways from the city center but very convenient to everything in Berlin such as the Mall of Berlin, museums, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the spa area is very nice and relaxing. We will return to this hotel if we ever return to the Berlin area.
