"Clean and spacious two bedroom apartment for family of 2 adults and 2 kids, with a queen bed and a bunk bed in two separate bedrooms plus a sofa bed in living room. Central location, right next to the arena. There’s a caffe downstairs next door where we enjoyed breakfast. Would definitely recommend to all my friends who will be visiting Verona in future. "

"The hotel is located in a corner of the historic center that's a 15 minute walk from the train station and less than a 10 minute walk to the Roman Arena and bustling Piazza Bra. There are several nice cafes and restaurants nearby as well. The hotel itself is clean, spacious, comfortable and a good value. There's a nice breakfast available to add on from 7 - 10:30. Our second floor room had a very large walk in closet, a pull-out couch a mini fridge, coffee and tea makers and a television. Off that room was a bedroom which was filled by the large bed and another television, an Alexa and ample outlets. Adjacent to the bedroom was the clean and spacious bathroom. "

"Rooms clean and beautifully decorated with large bathroom and powerful shower . We barely saw any staff during our stay as communication mostly by WhatsApp and phone . One office where staff seem to be based and we didn’t see anyone in evenings . No breakfast available at all . Excellent housekeeping service for room. Location great but the experience felt quite impersonal overall . I had mentioned my husband’s birthday on check in form but there was no acknowledgement or gesture regarding this ( they did ask if any special occasion ). Ask for mattress topper as bed extremely hard without it . Lovely rooms but I would prefer a hotel with staff a little more visible . "
