"Set in an isolated location in the Black Forest, this Guest House was one of the best we had ever stayed in. Yes, you need a car to find it, but its worth it. On arrival, the car park was full by locals who were using the restuarant that had an excellent reputation. Greeted by the owner who showed us to our room. It was very large and had a seating area and bedroom. The only critism I have was that there was no kettle, coffee etc. Would I recommend this Guest House, most definately."

"This is a superb place to stay, especially with a dog. I traveled with a well-behaved 20 lb terrier, and the beds were comfortable, the water was hot and plentiful in the shower, and most of all, the grounds and proximity to hiking trails made it worthwhile. The food in the restaurant from breakfast to dinner was outstanding. I would come back here in a heartbeat. "Leider war mein Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Das Hotel wirkte unorganisiert, das Geschirr beim Frühstück war nicht sauber und das Frühstück selbst war chaotisch und lieblos. An der Rezeption war kaum Personal vorhanden, und der allgemeine Service ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Insgesamt entsprach das Hotel in keiner Weise dem Standard, den man erwarten darf."
