"Our stay at the New Inn 1730 was only overnight, and we arrived around 6pm on a Sunday evening. This is a welcoming & friendly pub, with restaurant and accommodation. The owner did his best to accommodate our needs during our short stay, and is still finding his feet a little having only recently taken on the business. "We really enjoyed our 5 day stay here. it was well appointed and so central to the town centre. There was very convenient parking allowed for one car in the church car park, very close to the property. The only slight drawback for us was finding that the mattress on the main bedroom was a bit too hard for us. Other than that, it was a lovely apartment."

"Edna’s Cottage is wonderful. It’s in the ideal location with paths on the doorstep with a range of walks. It was quiet and we spent time in the beautiful garden which was magical.
