"Breakfast was extremely limited and not so good. I have T2D and there was nothing but gross boiled eggs for someone who avoids sugar and needs protein. Rooms were clean and comfortable."

"The room was clean, however, you could tell someone had smoked in there. The staff at check-in could use some training. We entered with 2 staff at the counter, they were not on the phone, and looked at us as if we were disturbing them. Then both got on phone calls, before speaking to us. And...their music of choice was a little loud, & not very appropriate. The morning staff, was much better, music wasn't as loud, & the station had been changed. Breakfast area was nice, and very accommodating. It was nice to be able to stay/park there and walk through the gate into the Ark Encounter. "
