"Very helpful receptionist on arrival with baggage storage, as we arrived early. The tram stop was quite near so no problem getting into town centre. "I booked this hotel for two nights to be close to the airport. The staff is very kind. The room was very clean, spacious, very comfortable bed. No smell. Great little kitchenette with fridge.The hotel is located in an industrial zone, about 1 km walk from Caroline Aigle tram stop that will bring you directly into Bordeaux. "The one lady on reception was really helpful and could speak English. The others on reception were not helpful and could not speak English. The property needs a good clean and needs a good paint. The Continental Breakfast included in my rate was great value for money. The rooms are not cleaned/serviced daily. The free toiletries was body wash only in the bathroom. "Accommodation was basic but adequate for our stay. Close to main town of St Jean and tram/bus routes. Room clean but very hot despite not turning on the heating and it being November. The water tank was directly above the toilet which was hazardous but other than that it was a comfortable stay. Our only real grumble was the neighbour above us allowed their toddler to continually run up and down at night and this often kept us awake until they finally got the child to bed! "

"Our second visit to Apparteo Bordeaux and equally enjoyable! The room on the top floor was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable with a great terrace for outdoor dining - very relaxing and appreciated as it was 30C+.
