Maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to the spiral staircase but for us it was ideal. A very lovely apartment, great communications from owners. "Basic but perfect for our stay and good price for the Braderie weekend. Gives off university accommodation vibes and little bit tired decoration but large room, working modern lift, big bathroom and well equipped kitchen so would definitely recommend."

"Directly opposite Lille Flanders Station. Very welcoming and helpful Reception Team. Good room size and comfortable bed. Superb breakfast facility with opportunity to sit on a good size terrace overlooking the Square. Again very pleasant and helpful staff."

"Lovely hotel spotlessly clean, kettle in room and very eco. Cant fault it for quality The hotel did not include breakfast and they tried to charge me £52 tax instead of €5. The staff were young and a bit rude about it and perhaps their lack of english and not understanding I did not want breakfast but it got sorted out, as I had my reciept from hotels com.bI must say the chamber maid ataff where lovely and polite as were the staff in evening. I would definately stay with this hotel again."

Good option off the beaten path

"I booked this last minute after a problem with another hotel and it was a great choice. The only bad thing was there is not 24 hour staff but how often do you need that? The lady that helped me when I checked in was so nice friendly and helpful. Mention was big, comfy bed and great linens, and had a kitchenette "

Great location for EuroStar and super breakfast

"Great location, good level of comfort. Spacious room, very decent breakfast and served until midday. Would use the hotel again if coming to Lille on Eurostar. 5 mins walk to Westfield and to the Metro, if it is running!"
