"Luxurious apartment newly decorated private living room with excellent kitchen great view silent place at 5th floor with lift ! Reception very helpful thank You Eduardo . Very clean with comfy bed in sleeping room. 2 bathrooms. Fast wifi superb aircon. Ovearall perfect place in Catania clise to museums. Only half minute from alibus stops to airport metro and many buses. Almost at Via Etnea with many shops I will come back as soon as possible . Highly recommend. "

"We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. "Relatively clean aside from dirt on floors and the white stain on the couch. Biggest issues were: * consistent strong sewage smell in main bathroom, bordering on nauseating. * Cheap soaps * pillows were horrible. Like a rock. * bed was angled in middle -- like sleeping in a burrito * no instructions on entering -- building door key did not work well, had to play with it for 10 min to figure out how to make it work. Also took a while to figure out the entryway lights for the building, etc....

"The apartment was in a lovely location—nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a short walk to everything. Overall, the place was okay, but it could really use a deep clean from top to bottom. There was a faint smell of mold and cigarette smoke, and unfortunately, the strong smoke odor from the stairwell also made its way into the apartment. "Could not ask for a better location than this hotel. It is central and walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions. The staff speak English very well which is helpful. They even coordinated transportation to the airport for us. One con is that they didn't have a washcloth in the shower or hair conditioner, but for one night it wasn't a big deal. Unfortunately, we were on the 4th floor and didn't have any windows, just skylights and one didn't open. Out of the 3 rooms we had, only 1 had an amazing view of the city. Depending how long you're staying, I'd recommend asking for a room with a view. "

"We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Santa Tecla Palace. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent as was the service. The pool is as amazing as it looks in the photos. It’s clean and the lifeguards are very helpful. The sea was lovely, easy access and crystal clear water. Reception staff are also very helpful. What a treat to stay here and we will definitely be back! I would say that if you want to see the surrounding areas hiring a car is helpful. "
