"Room was beautiful, quirky decor, which made it special. stairs are very steep and narrow to the room, so my be difficult for some guests. Breakfast choice was really good and beautifully presented, only negative for us. Was the bacon was smoked, having a choice would have made the breakfast, perfect."

"Staff are really friendly and helpful. Room 2 is very near the loading area for drink delivery and we were awoken at 7.15am with the noise of barrels being rolled and offloaded. Not great. Room also very warm as the towel rad was left on full blast, seems a waste of energy and money? Food very good and service very efficient. "

"Great stay at the Roxburgh. I had a room with a lovely sea view. The room had everything I needed, including a large shower and fresh milk in the fridge which was a bonus. The bed was a little soft for my liking but I slept well with the sound of waves and no other noise. The breakfast choice was good with friendly service. Plenty of parking was available."
