Une chambre petite, un spa agréable...

Quelques points + : le personnel, le spa (jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, douche sensorielle), le ménage, l'état général de la chambre et de l'établissement, la proximité de la gare Et des points - : la taille de la chambre pour une personne, la décoration très minimale, le petit-déjeuner peu enthousiasmant (surtout au niveau charcuterie et fromage), l'absence de mini-bar.

Good value for the money and easy accessible. We only were in Besancon for one night during traveling back home from Bordeaux. Overall the hotel shows good value for the money. Breakfast was of good quality and good selection. Only the bathroom needs to be updated, especially the toilet.

Service dog with service papers was rejected. Traveled 10 hours and needed sleep. France law requires to not discriminate and hotel expressed that they are above the law.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich okay, Personal sehr nett, Dusche Hut, Betten bequem. Parking gut. Abstand zum Zentrum okay. Aber es steht beim buchen nur das dieses Hotel ein Schwimmbad hat, es steht nicht das dieses Schwimmbad pro Tag und pro Person € 15,- kostet. Das ist nicht in Ordnung und deswegen wurde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Très déçu

La deco de l’hotel est pas terrible, mal eclairé, odeur desagreable dans les wc, salle de sport nulle, pas de service au bar, ambiance lugubre. Heureusement le personel est sympa. Hotel pas du tout au niveau d’un 4 étoiles!! Ça en vaut 2. Quelle arnaque!

Payer d'abord

Arrivant fatigués d'Autriche à 8h du soir, zvant même de voir la chambre, même en ayant réglé 3 nuits d'avance, il faut payer le garage et les taxes locales... Plus une caution en cas de dégradation, sans etat des lieux... Accueil fait par une personne obtuse qui répète inlassablement "c'est écrit là". Je n'ai jamais vu ça ! C'est lamentable.

Cet hôtel nous avait envoyé un mail pour nous demander des précisions et nos préférences et pour faciliter notre arrivée, mais non visiblement pas regardé et lu notre réponse renvoyée pourtant assez tôt avant notre arrivée ( 3 jours avant ). Résultat : chambre pas prête nous avons dû attendre 30 min dehors.

Car parking poor. The car park was full and the overflow arrangement with the local railway station is not user friendly. It took 30 mins to exit car park with hotel issued tickets which fail to raise exit barrier. Separately, wifi not accessible . Not acceptable in today’s age. Hotel layout weird and signage to some rooms disappears long before you’re close to room. I would not return to this hotel.
