Convenient clean and quiet locale for my overnight in the area to visit Nemrut Dagi. Manager took an interest in my stay and verified some local information for me

Nice, new, modern building. The staff was very nice, attentive, and responsive. Our suite had a full kitchen, but not a single dish, utensil, pot, pan or other kitchen tools or implement, making it useless. It was nice to have a clothes washer, but we quickly learned that running it at the same time as the air conditioning tripped the breaker leaving us in darkness - twice. A man came quickly both times and reset it, but a new building shouldn't have this problem. Also there are not enough parking spaces for all guests. I came back around 8:30 one evening and the lot was full. They told me to park my rental car on the crowded, narrow, busy streets. I refused to put my car at such risk and they finally cleared a spot for me. Alim Sofrasi restaurant a two minute walk from the hotel is excellent - simple, nice outdoor seating, great service and food.

Great accommodation choice in Adiyaman

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable and room is clean and big! Shower room is spacious! Good breakfast buffet. Highly recommended for everyone!

The room was really good and clean and spacious. Dining room closed for lunch and dinner due to lack of staff but understandable as the area is badly affected by the earthquake. Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast was poor quality, one waiter serving up to 10 tables. gymnasium was very very hot with no visible aircon controls available and probably locked away. When I asked, they told me “You should have turned the air con on”. This is a 24/7 open gym and no cooling @ 40c. I understand they are trying to save energy but this is a very hot location and big room like gymnasium would take up to An hour to cool.

Genel olarak memnun kalmakla birlikte bazı eleştiri yaptığım noktaları vardı. Örneğin araç park yeri yetersizliği..Gördüğüm kadarıyla otel müşterisi olmayan araçlar kısıtlı yerlere park etmiş durumdaydı. Sokak aralarında yarım saat yer aramak durumunda kalmak hoş olmadı. Keza bazı personelin ter kokması tamamen müdüriyetin zaafından kaynaklandığı düşüncesindeyim. Otel adına üzüldüm.

Otel konumu sehir icin mukemmel diyebilirim, herseye kolay ulasabiliryorsunuz. Personal isini cok iyi yapiyor ve her konuda olabildigince yardimsever. Oda bekledigimizden buyuk ve temizdi. Odayla ilgili tek problem sigara kokusuydu. Sigara icilmeyen oda olmasina ragmen maalesef sigara kokuyordu.
