Staff seemed to be either absent or rushing around trying to do it all. When we went to check out, the front desk attendant was asleep at the desk. Bathroom had some rusting fixtures and shower supplies were not user friendly and receptacles needed cleaned. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room fridge was bigger size than usual, which was nice but didn’t seem very cold. Breakfast was mediocre at best. If given other options at the same price point in the future, I would stay elsewhere.

The room was very clean and had good towels. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was very cold, but the sauna was very nice (you have to ask a staff member to turn it on for you.) Common areas were decorated nicely for Christmas. It had snowed, and the staff put out plenty of mats and salt for the safety of guests. This effort was most appreciated!

The pool was very cold. My kids lasted 2 mins, couldn’t even go under and was shivering. The advertising showed a game room but only ended up having the pool table.. the sauna did not work. Breakfast was okay, on point for a continental breakfast. Room was clean. Our ac/heater had short somewhere and wouldn’t stay on but we were able to get it to stay warm in our room.
