By far the best hotel in Brig. I have grown up in Brig and now we are visiting every year for Christmas my relatives. Traveling from Singapore and staying in Londres always feels like to come home.
I just suggest to pay a bit more for a larger room.
From the modern room, great services provided by the lady staff to the amazing breakfast, we can only recommend this place. Living in Asia and used to good service, it is not always easy to please us. But this place is definitely doing it.

Our room had a stunning view of the mountains and it was bright and airy. The hotel is located right in front of the train station which is really convenient. However, one of the shower door was missing which caused the bathroom to be flooded after we showered. Apart from that, it was a good stay overall!

- We are probably hotelier's nightmare guests, one with no plans and who keeps extending
- And we extended from 1 night to 5 nights simply because Margaret, Stephan and their team made us feel at home. They deliver top-notch service, extending attentive and gracious hospitality and we left as friends!
Food:
- Lovely idea to incorporate Swiss tapas in the menu so that guests who are not familiar with the Swiss cuisine are able to have tasting portions without feeling overwhelmed.

Nice hotel. Just beside the cable car station. While the walk to the hotel from train station was long, it brings you across a very nice field full of small flowers. So it was enjoyable. The only not so good thing was that the hotel was under renovation and have no lift to upper level.
