Great quiet relaxed location, perfect after a hard day at work. Staff were superb, friendly & helpful. Great food in the hotel restaurant at a good price.

Gemoedelijk hotel in een mooie natuurlijke omgeving. Ootmarsum was een ontdekking! Zeer ruime kamer, goede bedden, goed sanitair. Hondje welkom. Verder wat verjaarde aankleding maar voor mij juist fijn. Ik houd niet van die synthetische kille hotels.

Vluchtroute duidelijk aangegeven. Goed bed. Goede douche. Fijne handdoeken. Deprimerende aankleding van hotel en van kamer. Gerenoveerde oude armoedigheid. Geen stopcontact extra beschikbaar. TV niet in goede stand te draaien om te kunnen kijken. Gammele raamsluiting. Had gereserveerd voor kamer met tweepersoons bed, maar trof twee éénpersoonsbedden naast elkaar aan. Kluisje defect. Ontbijt viel tegen. Geen produkten, zuivel of alternatief bij de müesli om te kunnen toevoegen. Geen lekkere theesoorten, geen kruidenthee. Koffie vond ik van slechte kwaliteit.

Aardige werknemers en in en uitchecken ging erg vlot. Lekker eten. Heerlijk zwembad en bubbelbad. Kamers zijn erg toe aan vernieuwing. Veel vlekken op het tapijt. Bedden waren gelukkig wel schoon en badkamer had veel kalkaanslag maar goed wij hebben altijd slippers aan in de douche van een hotel. Wel mooi gebied waar het hotel ligt en lekker dichtbij Duitsland.

Nooit meer Fletcher

Het hotel was ontzettend warm op de gangen en de kamer zo mogelijk nog warmer. Hel hele hotel was afgeknabbeld en overal waar je keek waren er kapotte items. Het tapijt in de eetzaal niet alleen onder de vlekken maar ook gewoon dagenlang niet gezogen. Ondanks dat we vooruit betaald hadden na 1 nacht naar ander hotel gevlucht. Vooral van de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding klopt niets.

Tolles Hotel, mit ein paar Schwächen zum Ende hin

Tolles Personal: alle sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Abreisetag wurde das versprochene Lunchpaket leider vergessen. Die versprochene Rechnung für die City-Tax und vor Ort gekaufte Artikel habe ich nie erhalten. Stattdessen habe ich eine Art Ausgabenübersicht bekommen... Allerdings ist das so nicht ganz richtig.
