"We liked the hotel, the room and pool area. We didn’t find the staff welcoming or friendly. The check in person was okay, but not real friendly. The hostess or manager in the restaurant was horribly rude. We never went back to the restaurant due to her. The pool is difficult to access because an elevator is broken so you need to go through a dark remote stair case, or walk through the restaurant. The hostess/manager person did not like people going through the restaurant, but it wasn’t the guests fault that the hotel has it set up this way. Breakfast isn’t included and is expensive to add it on. There is an awesome shopping plaza next door with a grocery store. We bought breakfast items there and ate in our room. Next time, I’ll look for a hotel where staff are kind to their guests."

"Booked 1 night on route from Geneva to Calais. Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location, 5 mins from the nearby motorway and easy to find. Staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful. Booked for dinner on check in(€19 each) and had the most amazing Toulouse sausage with sautee'd veg. A truly delicious local dish that really made us appreciate where we were. Best food we had on our holiday no question. The room was clean tidy and very spacious. We'd been allocated a disabled access room due to availability and it was very spacious and seemed well catered for those who might require this facility. Walk in shower was appropriately big for an access room, with a sit down stool. Air con worked which was very welcome at night due to the temperature."

"Nice no frills hotel near exhibition center and not far from the historic sites ( 15 min walk to the start of your route they'd Centre Ville) Kettle and tea in the room is a plus! Hotel mentions that if you need amenities such as toothpaste etc they are for sale. other hotels provide those free Excellent breakfast. Reasonable parking fee. But there was plenty of street parking ( tuesday) Nice staff. They left a hand written note in the room, cute detail Only thing I would say is to renovate the carpet in the rooms but not a big deal at all."

"Magnifique hôtel! Tout était parfait. Cuisinette, hammam, à 2 minutes à pieds de tout! Seul hic. Pas de climatisation avec la canicule c’était un peu chaud mais supportable!"

"We've stayed here on multiple occasions with our dog. It's very clean, with friendly staff, and a great location for a 1 night stopoff driving through France. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that they don't have signs in front of the electric charging points asking people to move their cars after they've been charged. I know the staff can't do much, but the same cars were parked in the 2 bays for more than 12 hours straight, which meant we had to leave earlier than planned to charge in another location. If there had been a sign, the owners may have been more aware of others."
