The staff namely kritika , Purnima & Manager Prakash were very helpful. The Radisson resort khapoli is newly built & the resort restaurant & All the were of high standard. We were lucky to get upgraded to suite by help of Manger. Finally it memorable 4 days @ Radisson resort khapoli.

Overall a good stay , clean rooms , good staff and experience at the breakfast was great specially due to mascots dance performance kids and adults both loved the environment. Check-in experience can be better .

Good service but bad hygiene and RAT in room

The service was very good , staff was polite but room was not worth money and suprising part was there was RAT in the room which question on sanitation and cleaning. We paid so much money and room was not even worth it
