"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Maximilian checked us in and out and helped us with our luggage. We really appreciated that as we were in a city suite which required moving luggage up and down steps. We loved the vibe of the hotel and the historic aspect of it as well. It was in a great location in Old Town. We also loved the breakfast and the bar. Our bartender and server, Allie (not sure of spelling) was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was included in our stay and a perfect way to start the day. We would stay at Arthotel Blau Gans again and would highly recommend staying there to anyone traveling to Salzburg. "

"Wow. What a beautiful hotel. I have travelled the world on business and personal holidays. This is one of the most comfortable I have stayed in. The room I was in had a seating area to watch tv and a separate bedroom. Beautifully renovated. Walkable to the old town. Fabulous holiday!"

"Perfectly located for hiking and swimming in the summer. The breakfast is amazing with such a wide choice. Very family friendly with attentive staff. Great to have on-site pool (although there are some amazing pools, one walking distance and a couple of others a short drive). Would highly recommend staying here."
