Very clean and comfortable hotel

Extremely clean room, very comfortable bed, and the hotel in general is very clean and tidy. All the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Quality and selection of breakfast buffet was excellent. Restaurant meals and service were also excellent.

Great service, we couldn’t make the sauna work right away, the hotel employees tried best to fix the problem. Very kind people to make sure comfortable stay, and well situated in front of a train station

The bar area looked nice, but there was nothing else at this hotel but a bar. No pool or gym. Staff was friendly, but the cleaning staff entered our room to clean before we had checked out and woke us up.

Overall for the high price I have given 3 stars. The hotel is clean, staff friendly, bar good, gym ok. . There is no water in the rooms. There was limited water in the gym. Checkout was very slow because there was only one person on the check out - they were very polite and friendly.

This is a nice hotel, well kept and modern. I recommend it to anyone, but I do mark it down for the ac (a major amenity for us-we both sleep “hot”) only works for a few minutes before shutting off. Which would be fine if the room was comfortable, but this short timer made it impossible to really cool the room down and get a full night’s sleep. But a very nice place other than that.

Bathroom flooded, poor maintenance

Hotel and room were nice enough. The problem was that the shower door was broken and shower drain was clogged, causing the bathroom and part of the main room to flood. This was at the end of our 2nd and last night there, so it wasn’t worth changing room and we just tried to soak up the water with all the towels. When we checked out the next morning and informed the front desk about the situation, they didn’t apologize at all and just said “thanks for letting us know.” I would definitely stay elsewhere next time I’m in the area.
