"The bed wasn’t as comfortable and the double bed pushed together was not comfortable because you feel the big gap between the mattress and the room was warm and you couldn’t adjust the temperature to desired temperature of comfort "

"Hotel is very nice. Very clean. We could use kitchen, but we just drank tea, plus free breakfast. Room very big, and clean. Even though we had to share bathroom with another room, it was not problem at all. Location is also good 14 minutes walk to the center of the city. Linda also recommended us to visit Lucca, and it was very good city. "

"We loved our stay here. Some previous reviews were concerning, but when we arrived, we saw nothing mentioned in those reviews. Our room was spacious with a lot of natural light. It was clean. We loved the ambiance of the hotel as well as the rooftop pool and bar. We ate dinner in the restaurant and watched the sunset. The staff—at every point—was kind and helpful. Absolutely a wonderful experience."
