"Came for a short stay had everything we wanted and was able to use the pool, sauna etc without paying any extra. Could have had more staff serving at the bar. Guy behind reception was great the room was clean comfortable and had everything we needed "

"The building was incredibly cool. Lots of character and very well maintained. Our room felt luxurious and was very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the fan in the room. The continental breakfast was perfect, but the made to order hot food was fantastic as well! We only stayed for one night, but would have loved to stay longer."

"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place. Would not have allowed my daughter (22!) to go down on her own to meet uber delivery! Disappointed after a 5 hr journey. Like i said, inside is really nice. "
