Every area, from our room to communal spaces, was spotless — the hotel’s cleanliness is exceptional. The complimentary shuttle to the ski lift was a fantastic bonus, making our stay seamless and stress-free. As big food lovers, the dining experience was another highlight. Every meal was sensational — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and crafted with care. The quality was genuinely on par with Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve dined in, and we looked forward to every meal. The staff made our stay unforgettable — warm, professional, and always going above and beyond. A special mention to the restaurant team, who made every meal not only delicious but truly enjoyable and memorable. This hotel is more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience. "We had a great stay. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. Spacious room with a good size bathroom. The hotel is in a perfect location - very central and close to the train station, shops and restaurants. "

"The room was very clean, the location was incredible, and the staff were consistently friendly and extremely helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent - plenty of variety, great quality, and meals we genuinely looked forward to each day. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the sauna, pool, or gym facilities, as they closed at 9:00 pm. Given our daily schedule, a later closing time (even 10:00 pm) would have made a big difference. We would have gladly given this hotel a full five stars; however, the sleeping arrangement was disappointing. The “queen” bed advertised was actually two twin beds pushed together, which created a noticeable and uncomfortable seam down the middle. In addition, the sheets and blankets were also twin-sized, requiring separate bedding for m wife and I. This made it difficult and uncomfortable to sleep together under the same covers. Overall, a wonderful hotel in many ways, but the bed setup significantly impacted our comfort during the stay."
