Séjour très agréable situation de la maison excellente....Monsieur et Madame Pérez sont très agréables et sont très réactifs au moindre soucis . Si nous devions revenir dans la région sans aucun problème nous retournerons chez eux....je recommande cette location.

Perfect location and perfect comfort

We spent 2 weeks here in August 2018. The house is an easy 10 minute walk to Ouhabia beach and several restaurants. The bus line along the coast stops nearby, so one could visit Biarritz, St Jean de Luz, etc for the day and avoid searching for parking (during holidays). The front terrace is well enclosed with a wall and shrubs that open to a large grassy space, all facing the rising sun, for your morning coffee. Inside are three bedrooms, with a large master bedroom with its own door to the outside. We found that once the gravel entry from the drive was crossed, my wheelchair-bound mother was easily able to move around the house, though she used a walker for the WC. Mr. And Mrs. Perez were very kind and welcoming, and even made sense of our limited French. We truely felt like we were staying in the holiday home of our own relatives. Highly recommend this place as a home base for a beach holiday or exploring the basque country.

Maison très bien située pour visiter le pays basque.Environnement très calme.Bien adaptée pour quatre personnes.Deux chambres séparées avec un grand lit et une troisième avec un lit une place.WC indépendant de la salle de bain.Grande pièce à vivre.Terrasse avec table et store pour le soleil.

Très agréable !

1ere quinzaine d'août. Maison très calme, reste fraîche quelque soit la température. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est présent et le coin repas extérieure est vraiment appréciable. Les propriétaires sont tres accueillants. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Accueil ponctuel et très aimable. De même le dernier jour. D'emblée, excellente impression des abords et de l'intérieur. Tout est prévu, tant sur le plan matériel que pour la décoration. Température intérieure fort agréable par 33° à l'extérieur. Voisinage CALME. ***** confirmées !
