"Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass die Unterkunft besser neschrieben worde wäre. Es war nicht erkenntlich, dass das eigene Bad lediglich ein sehr kleines Waschbecken mit kaltem Wasser zur Verfügung hatte. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft im Allgemeinen war unzureichend. Das wir eindreijähriges Kind dabei hatten war es eine Herausforderung die Sicherheit dieses Kindes zu gewährleisten. Wenn man wirklich mal nachts ankommt und man nicht das kleingedruckte gelesen hat (steht bei Anreise in der Beschreibung), dann findet man das nicht, zumal die Rezeption in einem anderen Hotel ist. " Excellent stay at Hotel Europa. Very comfortable hotel - modern, clean and spacious room, with great bed and mattress. Perfect location - short walk to rail station and very close to the best parts of the old town. Wonderful breakfast selection. "

"Clean, one room apartment in close proximity to all the attractions in the old Town of Görlitz. Access to the apartment is a bit cumbersome as there are simpler solutions but it works. Just be mindful not to lose your keys. Overall, thoroughly functional for up to three people. Not giving five stars in all categories simply means that there are properties out there that go beyond that. I would be more than happy to return."
