"The house was very beautiful and check in/out was very accommodating. Fireplace and home was clean and had enough pans to cook as well as cups / forks knives and seasonings which was a plus. "I really liked the vibe of the hotel. I loved their lobby and our room decor. I like that it’s vintage style. The parking was very convenient. It looks like every building has parking spaces next to the rooms. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The young man instructed us on where to park."

"We had to leave earlier than expected due to hotel Staff/security not actively keeping the property safe. On multiple occasions a man was seen looking into our cars in front of us and watching what rooms we were going into. We alerted the staff who said they “were watching the cameras but didn’t notice him” yet they were able to give an exact description of the man we had seen. We did not feel safe and checked out immediately."

"They upgraded us to one of the nicer sweets that had a full kitchen, a living room, a dining room, and a bed with a separate bathroom, all for well under $200 a night. You can use the amenities at both of their properties, they have a heated pool at one of them. Rooms were great, the only thing I would ask for would be a king size bed, because the biggest beds that were available were Queens. We brought a Roku stick and hung out in the room for quite some time, cuz they had a nice couch too. 9/10 because no king available but it was memorial Day weekend, so you can't really beat that."

"It was a clean and great place overall, honestly better than staying at home in some ways. The breakfast was good, although the items were exactly the same every day. Things I didn’t like: I traveled with my family and booked suites, but they gave us rooms facing the street. The car noise was coming inside the room starting early in the morning. The heating system was not working properly, and the room stayed cold the entire night. Unfortunately, my kids got sick because of that. The indoor pool water was also cold, while indoor pools at similar hotels are usually warm. Another disappointing thing was the parking fee. After spending hundreds of dollars on the stay, they still charge for parking instead of providing it for free. The ladies at the front desk were not very helpful, especially the one with glasses. I asked about room availability, and she first said they were sold out. Then I showed her availability on the app, and suddenly she said, “Oh, let me check… yes, it’s available now.” I also asked for a bottle of water. First, she said they only provide water at check-in. I told her I never received one during check-in. Then she checked the screen for a moment and said, “Oh, you’re not a Diamond member, so we can’t give you one.” Refusing even a simple bottle of water felt unnecessarily cheap. On the positive side, the night staff were very kind, and helpful."
