"The location is perfect, everything was walking distance. There was a power outage beyond the hotel’s control, and I requested to do an early check out, and a refund. Hotel staff agreed, but I’ve not been contacted. I was told that they would process when the power goes back on. As of today, nothing from them yet."

"We were hiking the pct so Lagonita Lodge was perfect for a few days. Reception are very helpful, considerate and professional. We enjoyed ourselves at Big Bear Lake and also rested up for the next part of the trail. Thanks! "

"A very relaxing stay with a nice view. The balcony was perfect for early mornings and late afternoon relaxation listening to nature. The rooms were very comfy and the kitchen was a nice touch."
