"The parking is not clear. When I arrived the self parking situation was confusing. I decided to just go ahead and do valet, but the valet attendant was no where to be found. I parked and went in and talked with front desk. They said he will be right back so went to room and came back down. He gave me a card which says scan the QR code. Well the QR code didn’t work. It is within walking distance to the State Farm Stadium but it’s a rough area and wouldn’t recommend it."

"It was a terrible motel 6 experience, we didn’t even want to stay a full night. We were there for 1 night to attend a graduation. The room was not cleaned well. Urine on the toilet seat and it felt very dirty. I asked for a microwave and refrigerator which were included in the amenities. They told me I could not receive a refrigerator per request, but it states it on the site. They also told me that they could not send a microwave to my room and that the only microwave available was the one in the lobby on the first floor. Which is very inconvenient because I stayed on the fourth floor. I also don’t like how I was basically forced to pay $50 for “valet” parking because there were no other places to park. The elevators were always crowded. The restaurants it mentioned on the listing were closed and not available. They had a snack bar which you had to pay for. And at one point the register stopped working so you could not pay for the snacks. It was a mess and I would not recommend it. It definitely should be rated a 1-3 star hotel. Lastly, what made me do my review is that I received a random charge from them a month later. Which is strange because I paid for the hotel through a third party site. Its just a lot of scamming going on which Atlanta is known for."

"The room was insanely hot. We literally never covered up. We laid on top of the covers. I called guest services twice to inquire on a fan and was put on hold. Never spoke with anyone. The fire alarm went off at 1130 our first night here, only on a few floors, the communication from staff was complete silence. There was one security guard we passed on our way down the stairs who said he was trying to figure it out. We went out a side door and waited for 10 minutes. No one ever came to tell us anything, so we walked around the entire building in the rain in our pajamas to the front and that same security guard was standing there and we asked if we could come in and he said yes it was a false alarm. If we hadnt walked around, we'd still be standing in the parking lot behind the building. the morning of check out, the fire alarm went off twice between 830 and 9, only to have them come over the speaker after you were woken up in an emergency way and get to the door to announce it was a false alarm, TWICE in 30 minutes time. The rooms have no microwave, and a tiny cube shaped fridge, no freezer and the bathroom so small you cant even get dressed without bumping the wall or door. Also, bathroom door slides, not even a real door for privacy. The light in our foyer flickered so much we kept it off. Itwas perfect for what we came for and the pool area, although we didn't use it, was very pretty and nice. Concierge staff was nice and helpful."

"Expedia was phenomenal to work with. We had to change our hotel reservation date due to unforeseen circumstances at the last moment, but Expedia was able to get our date changed with no extra fees. The Omni staff were all eager to help, friendly, and more than willing to help us with any questions we had regarding our trip upon arrival. The room was beautiful. We had tickets for a concert at State Farm Arena and were able to walk directly across the street to gate 7 for our event with ease. Our experience was perfect!"
