"There were 4 elevators servicing 26 floors, and 3 were broken. Because there was a main event nearby, there was a 30-minute wait to get on the elevator. Ice machines were only on a few floors, and the elevators had been broken for over 6 months."

"The room was clean and pretty spacious. The area didn’t feel like the best, but we were just out in the morning and came back in the evening so it didn’t affect our stay. I will say we picked the stay based on if it served breakfast and for one of the days breakfast wasn’t available, so that was a bit unfortunate. Otherwise it was a good stay, staff was very friendly."

"Reservation was for 2 queen beds but ended up with one room for 3 people with one queen bed and a couch. Was offered a second one bed room but we were having a celebration and didn’t want to break up the party into two rooms."

"Parking was at capacity and we paid 40 dollars for less than 3hrs it was late and they did have parking across the street but who wants to do that"
