"The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. We needed an additional pillow and got it from the office immediately. Even though there were other guests, we didn't hear them. It was very quiet. The room had a dark wood theme that was perfect for the location. Plenty of parking. The staff was available as needed well in to the night, with a call number after 11;00. I have been there before and would go back if I stay in the area again."

"Staff were very nice and helpful. Plentiful parking and good location. Room was fairly clean - bathroom could have been cleaner. Noise really travels in this hotel between floors. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper."

"Property was clean. Room was quite comfortable, bed great, roomy bathroom. AC went on and off a lot overnight which disturbed both of our sleep. Staff was pleasant. Hotel convenient to Elmira and Ithaca making it very convenient for us. I’ve stayed here before and will again."
