"It was clean and picked up. It was a little more beat up than it looked in the pictures. The frig was old and really scratched. The beach and the view from them balcony were great. I asked for maintenance because one of the rooms storm shutters would not open. They never came in fixed in the 5 days we were there. Stop at the condo and check for things like paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc…. We stopped prior and bought some and didn’t need it. We left a bunch of it behind."

"I had paid extra for an early check in, upon arrival, the door code did not work. The front desk said I needed to call the rental company, they were very helpful and quickly got us into the condo. We enjoyed our week long stay but did notice cabinets throughout the condo are very scuffed and worn, the shower curtain had what appeared to be stained with blood, the bedroom TV didn't work very well and even though we were thrilled they had a beach umbrella and beach chairs, most were broken and very worn. I just felt that a lot of the cosmetic items could easily be updated at a very low cost. The bed was comfortable but the sheets weren't the best, but at least clean. We had plenty of towels, which was appreciated. They did mention that they only supplied a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, so we bought a 4-pack, we realized we didn't even need it (maybe if you have more than 2 people). We left it there but wondered if it actually could be used by the next guest or removed from the condo. We also had no parking pass and had gotten a warning from the front desk, we once again had to contact the rental agency and thankfully they did bring one over to us that day. Overall, it was a nice stay since our plan for the trip was to enjoy the sun and sand, which we did. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and dishes and thankful for the salt and pepper. The chairs on the balcony also are very nice, spent a lot of time out there, but occasionally smelled weed coming from somewhere. "

"Had a great stay, Clean Condo, very nice a comfy. The pool and hot tub were clean and had a blast swimming. There is no Beach view, we could see a little bit of the ocean between to other buildings but that was no big deal to us. Plus we arrived early so they let us check in a couple of hours early "
