"We had a wonderful stay at Cielo Hotel in Bishop. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby was spacious, open, and inviting, making a great first impression. The staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the front desk gentleman who assisted us in the middle of the night when we discovered that our room was missing some pillows. Despite the late hour, he was courteous, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. That level of customer service truly stood out and made us feel valued as guests. Our room was spacious and comfortable, although the bathroom was surprisingly small compared to the overall size of the room. It was a minor inconvenience but certainly did not take away from our positive experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cielo Hotel. The cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality made it a pleasant experience. We would gladly stay here again when visiting Bishop and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable place with excellent customer service."
