"Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel! The property is beautiful, and we loved the modern décor, amenities, and overall atmosphere. Having a restaurant on-site was very convenient, although we did find the prices to be a bit high. My kids especially enjoyed both pools and spending time on the grassy outdoor areas. Our room was very clean and comfortable upon arrival. We did experience a couple of maintenance issues—the toilet clogged twice, and the bathroom door was off its track—but maintenance responded promptly each time and quickly resolved both issues, which we really appreciated. The only disappointment during our stay was the housekeeping service. After our first night, housekeeping came by while we were getting dressed, so we asked if they could return in about an hour. They kindly agreed, but unfortunately never came back. We even called the front desk to ask when housekeeping would be around, but our room was never serviced for the remainder of our stay. With two young children, we ended up with overflowing trash and dirty diapers in the room, which was frustrating. Despite the housekeeping issue, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful property, family-friendly amenities, and the quick response from the maintenance team. With a little improvement in housekeeping consistency, this hotel would be an even better place to stay."

"The main building where our harbour view room was, was lovely, new, spotless. Very nice. The breakfast area and some other areas were a little tired. The pier view is spectacular at sunset. The bar opens 6 till 9 although was closed on our first night. Location great. No food on site after breakfast but plenty of nearby spots to dine. Hurricane was good pub and food."

"Location! Location! Location! Sunsets in the park across the street are amazing. 2nd fl balcony was perfect. Beautiful lush property. Room was spacious, new and spotless. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Loved the padded chair and small table. Room service with nice menu. GREAT Breakfast. And the pool area and tiki bar. What’s not to love? Will stay here every time I am in The Keys."
