"Property used to be nice but it’s gone downhill "

"It started off great until the next day. We left our room around 8:45AM and didn't return until 3PM. When we got back our room wasn't cleaned. House keeping came in and picked up the used towels and replaced them and that was all. Didn't make the beds or replace the coffee or tissue. I was very confused about the room cleaning process."

"Shower curtain looked like someone had either thrown up on it or it was poop. Under the microwave was dirty with some kind of dried up liquid, shower had hair on the tub and there was dirt and hair around the base of the toilet closes to the tub. Otherwise the room where the bedding was was clean."
