"Everything has been wonderful. From the minute we checked in, Ms Lena made sure we knew everything available and provided exceptional customer service. Ms April provided a wonderful breakfast and sweet spirit. They were very busy with the linemen and others coming in for the winter storm, but never waivered from their customer service and sweet smiles. The room was clean, the facility was clean, the pool was very nice and clean. The parking lot was well lit and we felt safe. Thank you all for the wonderful, stress-free stay. "The entire 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite was dated but we loved it! The rooms were clean, kitchen was clean and bathrooms were clean. There were a few random treasures left from previous people’s stays. The pool was great and a fantastic treat in the cold! The location was away from the Main Street of Helen but it was also an easy walk to get to all the activities. The drive up and down the resort was roughly 16 to 18 degree grade. Checkout was easy and there were some easy directions that needed to be followed but for the price and location, nothing but love for this place! "

"The reason this hotel stands out is because it was just totally refurbished. You can still smell the new paint in my room. Apparently the Spark brand buys older hotels and then modernizes them up and redoes them. "
