"Overall, place & staff was great. But after being out all day walking in sun/heat to come back to a room that housekeeping never touched (& no, the do not disturb sign was not on door). Can deal with unmade beds, but just aggrevating to have to go & find more towels to shower after a long hot day."

"This was the second time we stayed at this location. It is easy to find off the highway and close to the college (University of the Cumberlands) where our child is attending. Checked in very late and had to get up pretty early, but it was still worth it. Wish we had more time to relax at the hotel. The breakfast looked great, but like I said, they were in a hurry. I did see that many people were enjoying as the checkout"
