"The bed did not appear to be professionally made. The phones didn’t work. There was a spotlight shining into our bedroom window and we did not sleep for a minute. It was terrible. "

"The sink and tub drain didn’t drain whatsoever. Literally couldn’t brush my teeth in the morning after I brushed them the night before. Was charged $44 for a service dog. Front was aware of dog at time of check in. A worker seen the dog next morning then the very next day they charged me the $44. Was refunded after documentation was verified. Things like that should be properly verified at time of check in. Shouldn’t have to worry about a business to being able to have access to charge card after check out."

"Good --inexpensive, near freeway, small kitchen, clean, comfortable beds, nice towels (but you have to ask for replacements) Not so good--- no free breakfast, no fitness center, no pool, tacky exterior. no daily room clean up. The whole general feel is bargain basement (you get what you pay for)"

I was going to ask if they had anything on the first floor and before I got it all the way out of my mouth It was like she knew what I was gonna say and hurried, and answered no. There was no elevators. Yes it is only two stories but when you have multiple suitcases, stairs are hard."
