"Property is not inhabitable in the heat, we were due to stay during the heatwave and unfortunately as the entire side of the property is glass and how it faces, it gets even warmer in the evening as the sun comes round. We had taken tower fans with us in preparation but unfortunately due to travelling with a very small baby and a toddler we were not able to stay at the property more than a few hours as our baby became distressed in the temperature. "We were pleasantly surprised at just how good this budget hotel was. Decent sized room with everything we needed, except air conditioning although a fan was provided. Had to keep window closed as it was quite noisy outside. Reception staff on arrival (very late) was very warm and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again."

"Fantastic. Spacious, quiet, everything is there except for breakfast or food. I would recommend 100% there must be an option for food but I didn’t see this time. I stayed in the heatwave, very warm in the room but there was a fan. I loved the nature around there and the path way from the gate to the building. So pretty"

"Very comfortable and clean hotel. Very reasonably priced too. The included breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. The hotel is about 4km from Central Cambridge. There is a charge for parking, but it isn't unreasonable for people staying at the hotel. I paid £6 a night."
