"Firstly, this hotel is not connected to the airport regardless what they advertise on hotels.com. it is a taxi ride away, it took me 15 minutes in a taxi from domestic arrivals to get there. I expect it would take a little less for International arrivals. Either way, it's a lie and it's not connected to the airport in any way whatsoever.
I got to check in and was told they didn't have my booking, I spent 30 minutes on my phone communicating with Hotels.com customer service trying to sort it...

"Check in was on the 11th floor. Please note that the taxi will drop you on the main road and you will have to walk about 3 mins to the hotel. You will arrive at level 4 or 5, and proceed to take the elevator to level 11.
The only staff i met during the stay was the counter staff. She was nice and friendly. However, the room was cleaned throughly everyday.
Room looks nice and updated with good air conditioning and some creature comforts such as switched for the auto curtains and different...

It’s an amazing family, friendly destination. Very close to the hustle and bustle of Chongqing, but just 30 minutes away and you feel like you’re in a mountain in paradise. "

"Outstanding stay at this beautiful hotel! The hotel is gorgeous and very well located with most tourist attractions within 30 minutes of an easy and inexpensive Didi ride. The room was very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool on the 31st floor was great with great views of the city. Food in the restaurant was tasty. Akira at the front desk was very very helpful. She gave me great ideas of tourist attractions. I forgot my diabetic injection and medication in the room refrigerator. And I messaged Akira from Guangzhou. She arranged for it to be shipped overnight to my hotel in Guangzhou and I received it the very next afternoon when I was scheduled to take my injection. Akira really did an outstanding job for which as a retired 61 year old gentleman I am very grateful for. Nancy at the front desk was also very pleasant and helpful. Thank you all very much for making my 3 night stay in beautiful Chongqing so memorable! I hope to return with my wife and daughter from Las Vegas. "

"Overall was great, near to iconic places, malls nearby, multiple dining options, would definitely come back. The staff were great, the housekeepers are so nice, the butlers were great. We never told the staff that it was my friend’s bday too, but they probably checked the passports and found out and they provided a gift when we came back, it was so sweet.
