Modern hotel that is a bit antiseptic. Rooms are comfortable, air conditioning is good and beds are comfortable. No privacy in shower with clear glass door. Location is not great - a bit of a trek to everything but the fútbol stadium. And if you figure out how to discern whether an elevator that arrives is going up or down please let me know.

The A/C in the rooms and halls does not work properly it was hot. The A/C in the rooms does not work if you are not in the room and once you are there it takes a long time to reach a comfortable temperature to sleep.

The facility was definitely not your typical European hotel. Innovative in its presentation and definitely left an impression. The room was especially appointed with forward design moves and quite comfortable.

Very nice location having enough and very clean space, just above the bus terminal connected to San Sebastian, Bilbao airport. Also good access to metro line and city tram. One thing I have to point out is showering space. Half of one side has no wall or barrier, so nobody can take shower without splashing the water outside the space.
